In celebration of Harmony Week this March, Team KAE and 140 Perth created the stunning multicultural wonderland of the 140 Harmony Garden. Located within the 140 Perth precinct, the all-embracing oasis inspired passers-by to unite as one and celebrate what true diversity looks like in Perth.
Popping up overnight for the 15th of March, the 140 Harmony Garden WOWED the crowd! Adorned with lush grass, cushions for days and our very own tribal Harmony Swing (hello childhood playground memories), passers-by enjoyed a day jam-packed with entertainment, laughter and most importantly, free gelato!
Alongside our Japanese origami workshop, Geisha stilt walkers and Indian henna art, the crowd boogied to the oodles of diverse performances of African drummers, Hula dancers, Reggae rappers, Aboriginal dancers, a Mauri choir, Mariachi band and Belly dancers.
