Heart of 295

To celebrate NAIDOC Week 2025, our team swapped keyboards for paintbrushes and came together to create something special. Led by Indigenous artist and KA Design Team member Shannon Walding, we spent the week painting, connecting and reflecting on the significance of culture, storytelling and shared spaces.

Behind the Artwork:

“This piece is all about what makes 295 special. It’s a creative home made up of four complementary businesses: Media Stable, Lush – The Content Agency, Nani Creative and Known Associates. We all do our own thing, but we come together like one big creative family when the opportunity arises.

At the centre of the artwork is a bold "295", marking it as the heart of everything. Around it, four big campfires represent each business. Even though we’ve got our own teams and projects, we’re always working together, supporting each other and making cool stuff happen.

Surrounding the campfires are clusters and symbols that speak to the history of 295, the clients and suppliers we’ve all worked with, and the endless stream of creativity that lives here. It’s a nod to everything this building holds: the good vibes, the hustle, the friendships and the shared wins.

This artwork is a little love letter to the creative chaos and community that makes 295 feel like home.”

- Shannon Walding

Today, the finished piece sits proudly at the entrance of our office, greeting every visitor who walks through the doors. It’s more than just artwork, it’s a reminder of the culture, collaboration and creativity that define who we are.
