Joseph joins KAE as an intern while spending a year in Perth on exchange from the University of Portsmouth in the UK, studying Global Sport Management at ECU. Fascinated by everything that happens behind the scenes, he loves the build-up to an event just as much as the event itself: the planning, pressure and countless moving parts that somehow come together on the day.

Thoughtful, motivated and always keen to get stuck in, Joseph hopes to build a career delivering major events, with the FIFA World Cup and IRONMAN firmly on the bucket list. Outside of events, you'll usually find him training, playing the drums or obsessing over how to make his nutrition 1% better, though he's already missing cheap British pints and his mum's cooking.
