A Night of Decadence

THE BRIEF:
Create a Christmas in February celebration which is totally unique, high-end and memorable.
THE PLAN:
We created a night shrouded in mystery and intrigue which would keep guests guessing from the invitation to their final sip of French champagne. They were provided the date, time and assured they would be lavished in luxury.
THE INVITATION:
Appealing to childhood nostalgia and a sense of luck, guests were hand-delivered personalised Lindt Chocolate bars with a golden ticket inside, alluding to the night they were being offered as a VIP guest.
THE TRANSPORT:
Our guests RSVP’d and speculated about the sort of vehicles which may collect them. Most expected a bus or coach. Little did they know…
…beautiful 12 seater stretch limousines awaited them, complete with red carpet service and bottles of Veurve to enjoy on board.
The guests arrived full of wonder, expectations clearly exceeded, and ready for the night to unfold.
THE VENUE:
Perth’s newest bar, restaurant and function rooms, Beaumonde on the Point, was the secret venue. As guests entered the golden detailed cocktail and wine bar they took in 260 degree panoramic views of the swan river at sunset. Mingling with the other guests, they pondered what could be next – they had been given a dining clue and knew some form of fine dining awaited them.
DEGUSTATION:
The evening went on to see our VIPs whisked into a decadent private dining room styled by Tiffany Keal Creative Studio in golds, navy blues and natural flora. Guests enjoyed a five-course degustation crafted specifically for them as they listened to the melodic voice of Helen Shanahan, live on stage.
ONE LAST SURPRISE!
The night came to an end with a surprise guest joining the dinner party and coming to stage for an intimate keynote and Q and A. The guest was none other than captain of the Wildcats, Damian Martin, who took time out in between finals playoffs to address the room. What a night!
