The Hawaiian Group embraced a Woodstock ‘69-inspired vision for their annual networking event, reimagined as Gibbstock, set among the rolling hills of Chittering.
In an alchemy of inspiration, a nostalgic nod to Woodstock built purposeful connection, bold self-expression, spirituality, love, and a whole lot of flower power. Gibbstock was about helping each other, sharing, and living in harmony. Psychedelic drinks, eclectic bites, soulful beats from a statement stage and a field full of good vibes. This is event was an iconic inspired, joy-fuelled world of 1960s festival flair, where business met bohemian, and the only thing louder than the music was the harmonious energy.

Live artists play guests along their pathway to the event space - guitar, tambourine, fiddle, ukulele and free-spirited dancers greet and inspire. Stepping through the beaded curtain into a scene of 60s recreation, flower crowns, headbands and vintage sunglasses offer a dusting of Gibbstock to guest outfits. Folky beats drift on the breeze as unplugged conversations and unfiltered good vibes begin.
A velvety spirits lounge crowns the hill, giving guests a chance to sip, relax and take in a bird’s-eye view of the Gibbstock Fields. The cocktail of the day? Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds - made with colour-changing Ink Gin. Vinyl records from iconic Woodstock artists line the walls, while soulful furniture invites guests to lounge beneath a glowing “on air” neon. Music enthusiasts and kindred spirits reign in this space.
Guests become one with the music, picking up tambourines and igniting the dance floor with their own rhythm and energy. Embracing the joy of togetherness, guests add iridescence to their cheeks in the glitter and gemstone station, complete with flash tattoos. Vintage cameras, guitars, amps and other notions of the time scatter the event space.
Our approach blended nostalgic festival charm with relaxed, modern styling. Rattan lounges, patterned rugs, layered textiles and vibrant florals created an easygoing, bohemian atmosphere, while live acoustic musicians and roving performers welcomed guests into the spirit of the era.
As the evening unfolded, a 60s inspired band, and vintage Kombi photo booth encouraged guests to explore, connect and enjoy the playful, free-spirited setting.
